TABLE RULES
1. Visitors break 1st and 3rd sets (home team pays & racks).
Home team breaks 2nd and 4th (visiting team pays & racks).
2. 8 ball straight in semi-slop. All divisions will play call your pocket (call the ball & the pocket; you dont have to call off a rail or off another ball; as long as it falls in the pocket you called).
3. Prior to shooting a breaker may call for a re-rack.
4. Game starts when a breaker hits the rack front or rear. Re-break if no hit. If rack is hit but no object ball is driven to a rail, opponent may call for a re-rack and take the second break.
5. If any part of an object ball touches the line, it shall be in the kitchen (straight line from center to center of dot)
6. On a break shot no part of the cue ball shall touch the line. Opponent must call this prior to the shot. This also holds true for any scratch shot.
7. On the break, if you make solids you have solids or if you make stripes you have stripes.
8. If you make a stripe and solid on a break and no ball is made on the 2nd shot Open Table for next player.
9. On an open table shooter must hit a stripe to make a stripe or a solid to make a solid.
10. Making the 8 ball on the break is a re-rack (regardless of a scratch).
11. The 8 ball is not neutral.
12. A foul while shooting the 8 ball is not a loss unless the 8 ball is pocketed or you scratch.
13. If you scratch & all of your opponent balls are in the kitchen, your opponent has the option of spotting the ball closest to being out of the kitchen; this includes the 8 ball if it is your last ball (if the spot is occupied, place ball behind the spot).
You must shoot at the ball you spot.
1. Cue ball is pocketed.
2. Cue ball fouls only are loss of shot (if any object ball is moved, opponent has the option to leave it there or move it back, shooter continues to shoot).
3. Not having at least one foot on the floor.
4. Intentional jumping of the cue ball (no jump shots allowed)
5. No Split hits. You must hit your own ball first.
6. Striking the cue ball twice on the same shot.
7. If an object ball leaves the table, opponent must place the off ball on the head spot; if occupied, place ball behind the spot.
8. Hitting your opponents ball first on a direct hit.
1. Scratching while shooting the 8 ball.
2. 8 ball is pocketed in the wrong pocket.
3. Hitting the 8 ball off the table.
4. Committing a foul and pocketing the 8 ball.
5. Shooting directly at the 8 ball when it is not your last ball (you must hit your ball first)
