1. Sponsor Fee -- $50 per team….must be paid by week 2
2. Players Fee -- $5 per player ($40 in the envelope each week)—Players pay for the games they rack
3. All money dropped off must be signed in. Any money lost & not signed in will be charged to the team responsible which is the visiting team.
4. Visiting team drops off money. All money to be dropped off by 4:00pm on Friday following the match or a $10 fine will be imposed, if you can’t make it by drop-off time call in scores (leave message with
div #...Team names with scores by Saturday 920-865-7227). If you don’t call you will be charged a $10 late fee.
5. Must be of legal drinking age – forfeit any games won by illegal players.
6. 7:00 is starting time (be considerate, be on time!) If a player isn’t there by his turn, he has until his next game, if he’s not there, he forfeits 1St game, not there by his 3rd game, he forfeits games 1 & 2, etc.
7. There should be a 24-hour notice of a team not showing up. Call the opposing captain to discuss reason and to reschedule the match. DON’T just leave messages at the bar!!! Teams not showing up without a notice will receive a $20 fine!!! Make up games must be rescheduled within 2 weeks. NOTE: There are open rosters so there shouldn’t be a problem finding players to sub, so make every effort to play.
8. Forfeits will be scored as 0 – 16 for team forfeiting. The team present will get their average wins or the average losses of the forfeiting team whichever is greater, plus 1 game. Fill out score sheet, include $20, write no show and drop off envelope.
2 forfeits by a team will be loss of wins, prize money and dropped from the league.
9. Any number of subs will be permitted. Player must shoot 3 weeks for a team to be eligible for prizes and the playoffs to play for that team (It cannot be just the last 3 weeks). Players cannot be changed once they have shot their 1St game.
10. Players shooting out of turn: It is both players’ responsibility to know who is shooting. If you played the game & later realize you shot out of turn, game stays as is.
11. Captains will settle disputes. If not possible, re-rack and shoot the game over. Re-rack may be used in a stalemate situation.
12. Only player shooting may call a foul.
13. One-minute time limit per shot, once warned, you have 30 seconds to shoot, or it is loss of shot.
14. Shooters may not discuss shot with anyone.
15. If a player calls more than 1 ball on a shot he must make them all in correct order or he loses his turn. The 8-ball must fall last. Scratch with 8-ball involved on a shot is a loss.
16. 8-ball run (must run all 8 balls). If the breaker makes a solid & a stripe on the break the next player can not get an 8 ball run (because he is not running all 8 balls)
17. Division champs will be determined by total wins (if a tie then by percentage).
18. Both teams are to hold on to a copy of your score sheet each week (call with scores if you see it didn’t get turned in by the other team).
19. All rules are subject to change by league officer.
20. 8-ball prizes will be given to the top ten in the league.
